To order a bespoke pet portrait, You can contact me through the CONTACT page through this website, message me via facebook/instagram or email me with any order queries. All information on how to get in touch can be found on my contact page.
Source images
the best thing to do is to send me as many photos of your pet(s) as possible! The higher the quality of photo, the better the finished result will be.

Turnaround
Please allow 5-7 weeks for your artwork to be ready to deliver. I offer local delivery and postage via royal mail to uk addresses. If you do require a painting by a specific date (i.e. a Birthday or Anniversary) then, wherever possible, I will try to get the painting to you by this date (additional charges may apply).
Multiple Figures
If you would like your portrait to feature more than one pet, I do recommend that where possible you send photos of the pets together. If this isn’t a possibility, try and send the best possible photos of each pet and I will do my best to edit them together and keep them looking natural.
Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that due to the bespoke and unique nature of my work, exchanges or refunds cannot be offered. Once your order is completed, I will send you a photo of the finished painting or sketch. If you are not satisfied, you are not obligated to purchase the piece, and I will not request the remaining balance. The artwork may then be resold. Unless otherwise arranged, the artist retains the copyright. Additionally, prints or other merchandise featuring the final painting may be produced and sold to the public.
